Terms and Conditions
****HAIR PREPPING FOR GUESTS RECIVING BRIDAL/SPECIAL OCCASION HAIR SERVICES: The day of Glam Session, anyone receiving hair services must have their hair 100% dry (not damp). Failure to do so may result in a $15 upcharge due to extra time needed to blow dry the hair.
Please wash hair morning before the event date and blow dry. You could use a light thermal styler and a non-sticky mousse if desired. Avoid any tacky products or hairspray. Also, avoid using any flat iron to the hair the day before hair service. If you need clarification, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Bookings
To secure a date, a signed Beauty Service contract and 30% of total hair services deposit are required. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit will be put toward the client's total event day balance. The remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the event. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, and Zelle. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated.
Consultations/Hair Trials
Trials are available for brides and quinceaneras as well as their party members, including but not limited to: bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, grandmothers, extended family members, guest speakers, etc. NOTE: Additional consultations must be scheduled on the same day as the bride's/quinceaneras consultation in order to avoid an additional travel fee. *Hair Trial Fees apply*
Delays
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time. If working with separate makeup artist, please make sure our times coincide to avoid either artist waiting time. Hairstyle application times range from 45 min to 1 hour.
Satisfaction Guarenteed
Hairstyles will be completed to the client's satisfaction. Taking in consideration the look desired and the realistic result. Hair forms will be provided upon request.
Parking Fees
Where parking fee, or valet is needed the amount will be included in the final bill and will be due on the day of the event. In the event of hotel valet, parking will be charged to provided room. Please confirm with venue where parking will be. (ex; street parking, parking garage, valet etc.)
Travel Fees
Travel fees are calculated based on time it takes for artist to get to clients selected location. Travel fee starts at $75 but can change if travel time exceeds 45 min. Travel Fees applies to all Hair and MU Trial days as well as day-of appointments. Please note travel fee is per artist.
Liability
All brushes/tools are sanitized between every guest. Hair products used are hypoallergenic. Any allergies/sensitivities and/or skin/scalp conditions should be reported by the client to the style artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of products may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release any member of the Glamor.xe team from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days prior to the client's reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. When booking, 30% of total service charge is non refundable regardless of cancelation time.
Payment
The final balance is due on or before the day of the event before the style artist departs —no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) whose name(s) appear on this contract. Forms of payments accepted at the moment is cash, Zelle, and/or checks
